We use your information to provide the Timora platform, send transactional communications (booking confirmations, payment receipts), and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Kenya Data Protection Act Compliance

Timora is designed in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@timora.co.ke to exercise these rights.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Sensitive fields (phone numbers, payment references) use application-level encryption. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain automated database backups.

5. Data Retention

We retain business and transaction data for as long as your account is active plus 7 years to comply with tax regulations. You may request earlier deletion for personal profile data.
